Q: Access Hours for the Social Sciences Building

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Accessible Entrances During Opening Hours: East Entrance、North Entrance、West Entrance、South Wing Elevators、North Wing Elevators

Outside the opening hours, entry and exit require swiping a faculty/staff ID card or a student ID card from departments within the College of Social Sciences.

If faculty, staff, or students need to request special access permissions for official university business, please contact Mr. Li at the College of Social Sciences Office (Ext. 56003).
 

Q: Floor Guide – College of Social Sciences Building

The College of Social Sciences consists of two connected buildings (South and North Wings). Floors 3F to 8F are linked by skybridges.
For detailed interior maps, please refer to the NCKU Geographic Information System (GIS).

Q: Venue Rental Information (For External Users)

External users who wish to rent spaces in the College of Social Sciences must submit an application through The College of Social Sciences Venue Reservation System(Chiese only), and comply withThe NCKU College of Social Sciences Venue Usage Regulations(Chinese only).

The following spaces are available for external rental:

3F – Lecture Hall(North Wing)

3F – Epple Lecture Hall(South Wing)

3F – Glass Seminar Room(South Wing)

Applications must be submitted between 2 weeks and 2 months before the event date. For international conferences, symposiums, or workshops, applications may be submitted up to 6 months in advance.

Restrictions

Activities involving political or religious purposes are not permitted. After your application is approved, all venue fees must be paid at least 10 days before the scheduled date.
Use of the venue is allowed only after payment is completed. 

Priority of Use

Venue usage priority is given to internal departments and college activities. If the venue is needed for major college events or courses, external reservations must comply with cancellation. Any fees already paid will be refunded in full without interest.
