We are excited to inform you that our university is currently open for student exchange nominations for the upcoming Odd / Fall Semester 2026/2027.
Please kindly take notes on the timeline and information below. 

Timeline

Nomination: February 1st - March 20th 2026.  
Applications: March 20th - May 20th 2026. 
*Please inform us in advance if you would like to propose an extended deadline to adjust your recruitment plan. 

Number of Students
The quota of students will be based on the MoU / SEA, we will also accept students who defer from previous semesters. 
*Students who defer from previous semesters must be re-nominated and re-applied.

Nomination Procedure
For nomination, kindly fill in the data on this [http://ugm.id/NominationFall2026] before the above-mentioned deadline. 
*We no longer accept nominations through email. If you have sent us the nomination by email, please re-submit it to the provided link. 

Application Procedure

The students shall complete their applications through our admission portal. You can also suggest students read the registration guidelines here.

Therefore please inform them to prepare the following documents for their application in advance: Documents Guidelines. 

Important
Please make sure that all documents are in English and meet the required standards for your visa application. We are unable to accept documents in other languages or formats, and any that do not comply will require revision.
