【Announcement】NCKU Gender Equality Education Committee (Update: September 11, 2025)

Recently, students have raised concerns on social media regarding certain activities in the “Becoming a True Cheng Kung-er” program, suggesting potential issues related to a campus gender-based incident.
The University takes this matter very seriously. In accordance with Article 22 of the Gender Equity Education Act, a campus safety report was filed on September 6, 2025 (Report No. 3320751).
This case will also be proactively submitted to the Gender Equality Committee’s Prevention Division for review, in accordance with Article 18, Paragraph 3 of the Guidelines for the Prevention of Gender-Based Incidents on Campus, to determine whether an investigation should be initiated. 

We sincerely urge anyone who experienced sexual harassment or felt offended during the related activities to report the incident and contact the Committee.
