Dear Faculty, Students, and Staff,

Following approval at a meeting of the College’s administrative leadership, the College of Social Sciences will adjust the access hours for selected entrances and facilities to accommodate evening classes and teaching activities during the semester.

The new access hours will take effect on October 1, 2026 (Thursday). Please refer to the table below for the updated access hours.

The main change is that, on weekdays during the semester, the opening hours of the College of Social Sciences Main Entrance (East Gate) and the South Wing Elevator will be extended from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. This adjustment is intended to accommodate evening classes and related activities.

Students or staff who currently hold a temporary access card but no longer need to use it due to this change may visit the College of Social Sciences Office and contact Mr. Li to return the card and receive a refund of the deposit.
